All the area offers you calm and peaceful. The apartments are suitable for families and couples. Next to the main restaurant is situated a mini market and a tourist shop.
Main Restaurant
Barbeque nights are organized once the week. Cretan dishes as souvlaki, pita gyros, greek salad, moussaka and more are served in the main restaurant.
Poolbar & Kiddie Pool
The swimming pool area is handmade with wood and surrounded by beautiful big olive trees. A pool bar offers you cold drinks and lovely homemade Cretan snacks.
Transfer
Apart from your stay we can arrange the rented of cars and bikes at the best prices of the market.Also the bus –stop and the taxi-stop are situaded 3 minutes walk away.
OUR APARTMENTS
The apartments are ten which five of them have balcony view and five of them land view . Eight of the apartments are two –roomed (with four beds) and two of them are single roomed (studios with two beds). All are completely equipment with kitchen, fridge ,cattle, air condition, safe box, radio, tv.

All of the apartments lie only 100 meters from the old national road of Heraclion-Hersonissos and less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach .The center of Gouves is 15 minutes away from the apartments.

CRETAquarium Thalassokosmos
One of the most exciting experience for adults and kids is to meet aegean sea by visiting Creteaquarium in Gouves. The distance from our apartmenrts is 3.7km (7min with car).
Dinosauria Park
Dinosauria Park is a dinosaur park 3.2km from valentina-crete. The park features some fossil replicas and several animatronic dinosaur models.
Dinning out
There are endless options for dining out close to apartments or near to gouves. Ask for more information in apaertments.

Best hosts - great pplace - such fun
We originally booked to come to the apartments to arrive in May 2020 - but of course coronavirus restrictions made that impossible. Having tried to re-arrange in October 2020 then again in May 2021, it was as much a relief to us as well as Valentina that we could come at the beginning of October this year ..... so much so that Valentina kept the apartments open just for us. And what a place .... quiet, overlooking mountains from the balcony, comfortable accommodation, reasonably close to local amenities and wonderful social banter..... just booked to come back next May. What more could be said?

We loved our 2 week stay at Valentinas. It was quiet, obvs because of the global pandemic, but we felt at home. Valentina, alexandria, and Maria are all so friendly and it was lovely spending time chatting with them, and tasting the great breakfasts. The pool area is lovely, felt like a private pool most of the time. The hotel is a 15 min walk to the main bar/restaurant areas but the peace and quiet is worth it. The resort was very quiet but still plenty of places to eat. The room was spacious. Shower a little small but fine. Weather, early Sept, gorgeous. If we ever come back to this side of crete we would definitely stay again.

Never Disappoints...Fabulous
Once again I have had the pleasure of a holiday in Crete and Valentinas is the perfect Place for hospitality comfort friendliness and love the Cocktails . The service is 5* . Turn up a Guest leave with a new Cretan family ....The rooms are Traditional with a modern twist ...very clean large and comfortable . Food by the lovely Alex is fantastic ..a menu to suit all ...especially the home made cake this is a must . Also the Coffee bar is a great addition as is hard to find a good coffee in Gouves , but Valentina has this covered with a great selection of coffees using Illy coffee .Pool is comfortable with luxury beds and Pool bar . Thank you for yet another amazing time see you next year . 💋
